A: The longevity of the hair depends on the client. If treated properly our hair should last you up to 2 years or more.

A: Once your order is placed, there is a mandatory 24-72 hour (business days) payment processing period before your order is shipped out. After your payment clears and the processing period is over, we begin the shipping process. Shipping does take an additional 1-3 business days. Tracking numbers are automatically emailed once hair has been shipped, after 2-3 Business days. Please remember business days do not include weekends or holidays. We are also not responsible for any unexpected delays on the shipping company's behalf. Please make sure that you are putting your correct shipping information.

A: Yes. Our hair is 100% Virgin Human Hair, so that means it can take bleach, straightening, dye and curls really well. We do recommend going to a professional stylist for any of these services.

For 10” - 18” we recommend 3 bundles for a full install. For 20” - 26” we recommend 4 bundles for a full look.

A: Refunds are available to customers within 7 days of product delivery. In order to receive a refund, the following conditions must be met: Product(s) must be returned along with original packaging Product(s) must be unused and not damaged. Receipt or proof of purchase is required. If the listed conditions are not met, Hairnista Collection reserves the right to refuse a refund.
